Sales Executive: Flexible Spending Account software/service
BenSoft, Inc. (www.repayme.com) developed the industry's first Web-based solution for the administration of Reimbursement Plans, (Flexible Spending Accounts or "FSA"s). RepayMe.com enables Employers and Third Party Administrators (TPAs) to administer these plans using a software-as-a-service model, vs. the traditional packaged software solution. We are seeking an experienced sales professional to develop business among TPAs and self-administering employers representing 1000 to over 100,000 employees. The successful candidate will manage accounts, generate and follow up on inbound leads, work with channel partners, write proposals, and make web-based and on-site sales presentations.
Requirements:
- Several years' experience selling HR/Benefits software/systems
- Understanding of FSA administration processes
- Familiarity with TPA operations and self-administering employer requirements
- Understanding of ASP (software-as-a-service) model and advantages
- Proven track record in meeting sales goals
- Articulate, professional and tenacious in calling on prospective clients
The ideal candidate will have the ability to present complex technical concepts effectively, both orally and in writing. Strong sales process, organizational and time-management skills are important, as are a self-starting, enthusiastic approach and the utmost integrity.

Compensation is limited only by success, and includes base with benefits and stock options, commissions and residuals.
