BenSoft, Inc. (www.repayme.com) seeks experienced and highly motivated Senior Programmers, responsible for designing, developing, troubleshooting, and debugging web, middleware and database applications from system specifications. Analysis skills desired to be able to compile business requirements and develop solutions and specifications to cost effectively meet those requirements. 

Qualifications:

• Seven years experience in a development programming position, with four of those years developing web applications on the Microsoft platform. 
• Ability to independently deliver quality code built to specifications. 
• Proven development skills in web applications that simplify complicated business operations for very large user bases 
• Proficiency in C#, JavaScript, ASP.Net web applications and services, ADO.Net, and SQL Server. 
• Database programming skills include Transact-SQL and mastery of manipulating tables, views, triggers, stored procedures and functions. 
• Experience with classic ASP, VB6 a big PLUS. XML, SOAP, Crystal Reports, System and DB configuration skills a plus. 
• Knowledge of web services and COM interoperability would also be helpful. 
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to write specifications from business needs is a plus. 
• Bachelors' degree in a relevant technical or business field a plus.
