BS/BA or equivalent, and 2-3 years Support Desk
experience. Testing, QA, Payroll, and/or Benefits
experience a plus.

Description: The Support & QA
Tech is an independently responsible position
potentially advancing to department management, has
direct access to Product Development staff for
code level insight into support/testing issue
resolution, and is empowered to WOW our clients.
The Support and QA Tech provides fee based
Technical Support to both novice and highly
knowledgeable contacts within our Fortune 500
clientele. The
position is responsible for client support and
training, reported issue reproduction/documentation,
change requests, test specifications and build
testing, product quality evaluation, corporate image
and client satisfaction.
Skill
