The powerful RepayMe engine is the easy-to-use hub through which all reimbursement request and transactions flow, greatly reducing administrative time and overhead. In general, the process flow is as follows:
- Participants can sign up whenever they choose during open enrollment, and may change their plan elections as often as they wish during open enrollment.
- Participants can access their accounts, submit claims, sign-up for/ change/cancel direct deposits, request/cancel a debit card, or inquire about their status—all online, in real-time. Administrators' time is freed up to focus on more strategic tasks.
RepayMe supports participants with and without Internet access. Participants can submit paper claims, which the administrator enters into RepayMe.
- RepayMe "pre-filters" claims for eligibility and duplicate submissions as they are entered, reducing the amount of denied claims and exception processing.
- Administrators go online to adjudicate claims. An e-mail is automatically sent to the participant in real-time, providing claim(s) status and current account balance.
- RepayMe streamlines communications between the administrator and participants with automated e-mail notifications any time a claim is processed or a reimbursement is issued. Administrators also have the ability to generate letters for those participants who don't have e-mail.
- RepayMe's back office processing searches for participants that have claims eligible for reimbursement and generates Pending Reimbursements (Funding Requests).
- Once approved, RepayMe's back office processing creates reimbursements. The administrator may then print the reimbursement checks, export a reimbursement file to be imported into a payroll system, or let RepayMe's outsourced back office process print and mail reimbursement checks, and/or transmit direct deposit files.
