Thomas J Horan II (Tom)
Founder & CEO
Mr. Horan has significant experience and knowledge in the HR/Benefits field, with over 22 years of software development experience. As a third party software provider for Ceridian, one of the nation largest payroll providers, his plug-in benefit administration solution supports the administration of over 300,000 lives. He has worked with many Fortune 500 companies, including American Airlines, Caterpillar, Dow Chemical and Eddie Bauer.
Jay S. Kunin, Ph.D
President
Prior to joining the company as President in 2005, Mr. Kunin served on the BenSoft Board of Advisors. He brings an extensive background in software development and management, having served as founder and President of RxSys International, Inc., through its IPO, as principal and VP International for Securities Industry Software Corp. (acquired by Citicorp), VP Development for International Risk Control, Inc., and VP Engineering for GolfWeb, Inc. (acquired by CBS Sportsline).
Mr. Kunin holds B.S. and Ph.D. (computer science) degrees from MIT. He serves on the Board of Directors of several privately-held software and life science firms, and as a Director of the Life Science I.T. Global Institute and the San Diego Tech Coast Angels.
