The Company

RepayMe is developed by BenSoft Inc., a benefits software company founded in 1991. The company released its first product, Benefit Administrator, two years later in 1993.  The Benefit Administrator is a rule-based benefits administration program for the administration of Traditional or Cafeteria/Flex Plans. Complete with Internet enrollment, carrier billing and reconciliation, this program is used by companies ranging in size from 250 to over 25,000 employees, such as Eddie Bauer, Dow AgroSciences, Experian, Callaway Golf, and American Airlines.

While enhancing and upgrading the Benefit Administrator over the years, company management was repeatedly approached by companies and third party administrators seeking a cost-effective Flexible Spending Account (FSA) administration solution.

In 2001, BenSoft brought to market the solution administrators were asking for with the launch of RepayMe. RepayMe the first Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution designed specifically for Third Party Administrators (TPAs), health plans and self-administrating employers seeking a cost-effective FSA / HRA / HSA / S132 administration platform. RepayMe provides a flexible and comprehensive system to meet today’s complicated healthcare plan designs, including integrated real-time debit card options and an automated Business Processing Outsource (BPO) option for management of FSA / HRA / HSA / s132 and other Consumer Driven Healthcare (CDH) plans. 

Today, RepayMe remains the leading Consumer Driven Healthcare solution with over 2,000 employers benefit plans being administered using RepayMe.
